Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions

- Refunds are available only if the request is made before the course start date.

- Once the course begins, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or completion status.

2. Request Process

- To request a refund, students must contact HEXA'S EDUCATION, USA in writing (via email or in person) at least 5 business days prior to the course start date.

- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Deductions

- All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

- Payments made by credit card will incur an additional 3% processing fee.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

- Any registration or material fees are strictly non-refundable.

- Course Cancellation by HEXA'S EDUCATION, USA

- If a course is canceled by HEXA'S EDUCATION, USA, a full refund will be issued, including all fees.

5. Course Validity and Repetition

- Each course enrollment is valid for one year from the date of admission.

- Students may repeat the course within the validity period without additional enrollment fees.
